Tri, Tri Again

Come join Alive2Tri for a special training event, "Tri, Tri Again"

Train with us for the Rex Sprint Triathlon Series.  Package includes group trainings as follows:

- Tuesday at 6AM cycling session at PNC Arena

- Wednesday at 6AM swim session at Triangle Aquatic Center

- Thursday at 6AM track session at TBD

Additional training sessions provided through a shared Training Peaks group account.

$79 per race

PERSONALIZED TRIATHLON PLAN

This is the service that includes it all. A customized Triathlon Training Plan based on your goals, abilities and limiters.  This program includes:

  • A personalized Training Peaks Acount to log all your workouts

  • 1-on-1 swim training 2 x a month

  • Track session once a week

  • Bike session once a week

  • Bike maintenance clinic

  • Unlimited Text/Communication with your coach

  • TWO certified coached assiting you with your goals.  PRICE IS PER MONTH FOR TWO COACHES

 

GROUP TRIATHLON TRAINING

This is the service for up to 5 athletes that includes it all.  All customized Triathlon Training Plan based on your group's goals, abilities and limiters.  This program includes:

  • One Training Peaks Account for the group to advise of the workouts each day

  • Group swimming training 1 x a month

  • Track session once a week

  • Bike session once a week

  • Bike Maintenance Clinic

  • Unlimited Text/Communication with your coach

  • TWO Certified Coaches assisting you with your goals
    PRICE IS PER MONTH FOR TWO COACHES

ONE-on-ONE SWIM COACHING

Do you sink more than you swim? Is the swim portion of the triathlon the ONE thing holding you back? Have you never done an open water swim and want to learn how? Wanna get faster, more efficient? If so, this is the coaching for you. Your initial session will include underwater video analysis of your stroke and helpful pointers on how to improve your movement in the water. Subsequent sessions include speed drills, open water venues, sighting and more. Our goal: to make you confident, stronger and faster in the water.

ONE-on-ONE BIKE COACHING

So the last time you rode a bike, you didn't have a driver's license?? Not a problem. This initial one-on-one bike coaching helps to get you back in the groove of being on 2 wheels. Initial sessions help with stopping, starting, and basic bike handling. For those who are more advanced, bike handling and speed work along with the USAT Bike Rules will be covered. This coaching will help the beginner and the advanced athlete be more powerful and confident on the bike leg of their race.

ONE-on-ONE RUN COACHING

A one-hour track run session where your running dynamics are videoed and analyzed. We offer suggestions and correction where necessary. Continued sessions offer speed and endurance work. This session can be customized to the athlete.
